Eric Swalwell is consolidating two current district offices - in Pleasanton and in Hayward - into one bigger and better office in Castro Valley.\n\nThe Pleasanton and Hayward offices will be closed effective Friday, Dec. 23, and are moving during the week of Dec. 26.
