Judge John. R. Adams of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio presided over the ceremony and Harry Kamdar, CEO of Asian Services in Action Inc., was the keynote speaker.\n\n\u201cOhio\u2019s 13th District has long been shaped by the contributions of immigrants. Immigrants from all over have helped build the foundation of the district's economy and community. They brought with them the values of resilience, ambition, and dedication that are now integral to the very identity of this region,\u201d said Rep.
