U.S. Representative Emilia Sykes (OH-13, a member of the committee, celebrated their passage.\n\n\u201cThese bills will help communities prepare for natural disasters, advance next-generation energy technologies, and support the research and innovation that keep our country competitive,\u201d said Rep.
