This petition will force a vote on the No Corrupt Agreements Requiring Taxpayer Expenditures Benefitting Lawbreakers and Assorted Non-Prosecution Covenants, Handouts, and Emoluments Act (No Carte Blanche Act) of 2026 to permanently block President Trump\u2019s effort to create a $1.8 billion taxpayer-funded slush fund, one of the president\u2019s most corrupt actions yet.\n\n\u201cThe people of Ohio\u2019s 13th District deserve a government that is accountable to them, not one that asks taxpayers to finance political favors,\u201d said Rep.
