Thompson said. \u201cI am grateful for community service organizations; the work they do provides opportunities to support our neighbors in need.\u201d\n\n\"Local service organizations bring people together to serve working families, strengthen communities, and make a meaningful difference in CA-19 and across the country,\u201d Rep. Panetta said. \u201cOur bipartisan resolution recognizing Celebrate Community Week honors the countless volunteers who roll up their sleeves, give their time and talents, and step up in service to others.
