Tiffany", "T000165", "tiffany.house.gov", "tiffany", "https://tiffany.house.gov/media/press-releases", "scraper", "December 13, 2023\n\nWASHINGTON, DC \u2013 Congressman Tom Tiffany (WI-07) released the following statement after voting to formalize the impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden.\n\n\u201cThe American people deserve transparency, and this process will give the House additional investigative abilities to uncover the facts about the President's involvement in his family\u2019s foreign business deals,\u201d said Congressman Tiffany.\n\nOver the past year, House Republicans have uncovered through testimony, whistleblowers, and investigations that:\n\nThe Biden family received at least $20 million from China, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and Romania while Joe Biden served as vice president and after he left public office.\n\nPresident Biden was on at least 20 phone calls with Hunter Biden\u2019s foreign business associates and attended dinners with foreign oligarchs who paid huge sums of money to Hunter Biden.\n\nThe Bidens created over 20 shell companies \u2013 most of which were created when Joe Biden was vice president.\n\nThe House Oversight Committee released a check of $40,000 in laundered Communist Chinese money directly to Joe Biden.\n\nThe House Oversight Committee uncovered evidence that Joe Biden, in 2018, received a $200,000 direct payment in the form of a \"personal check\" from his brother James Biden and sister-in-law Sara Biden.\n\nHunter Biden's business partners and assistants visited the White House over 80 times when Joe Biden was vice president.\n\nPresident Biden was \u201cthe brand\u201d for Hunter\u2019s foreign business dealings according to Devon Archer.\n\nThen-Vice President Joe Biden was allegedly paid $5 million as part of a bribery scheme by an executive of Burisma Holdings, a Ukrainian natural gas firm that Hunter Biden sat on the board.\n\nJoe Biden set up three aliases \u2013 Robert L. Peters, Robin Ware and JRB Ware \u2013 to send emails when he was Vice President.
