Initially founded in 2018, the Wi-Fi Caucus is dedicated to assisting Members of Congress in better understanding how Wi-Fi benefits the American public, consumers, economy, and the larger geopolitical standing of the United States.\n\n\u201cNow more than ever before, access to reliable internet is a necessity for Americans of all backgrounds for their education, health care, jobs, and essential public services. Bridging the digital divide is critical to ensure every community can fully participate in today\u2019s economy and democratic society. As policymakers, we have an obligation to ensure every citizen has access to reliable, equitable, and affordable high-speed internet \u2013 and close the digital divide once and for all.
