Carter Sr. announced that his office will host at least six in-person constituent service events throughout Louisiana\u2019s Second Congressional District.\n\nThese curbside events in New Orleans East, St. Gabriel, Plaquemine, Baton Rouge and Harvey will provide opportunities for constituents dealing with issues with federal agencies or programs to drop in and receive in-person assistance.\n\nThe locations of these events were selected because they are in regions further away from the physical offices of Congressman Carter. Staff from the Congressman\u2019s office as well as representatives from agencies like the Small Business Association (SBA) and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), will also be present and available to answer questions or provide assistance.\n\nThese events are free and open to the public.
