Valadao led the entire California Republican Delegation in sending a letter to Secretary of the Interior Deb Haaland and Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo once again expressing grave concerns with the Bureau of Reclamation\u2019s inexplicable request to reinitiate consultation on the 2019 Biological Opinions for Long-Term Operation of the Central Valley Project (CVP) and State Water Project (SWP).\n\nDespite requests for information, the administration has failed to respond by the deadlines set by the Delegation on this critical issue.
