I eagerly await the return of all hostages and peace and stability in Gaza,\u201d said Vasquez. \u201cA lot of work lies ahead on the road to recovery \u2014 and so much of the loss caused by this cruel conflict can never truly be repaired \u2014 but this is a promising first step toward peace in the region.
