This agreement, which later included Morocco, laid the foundation for maintaining and strengthening peace in the Middle East and around the world.\n\nTo commemorate the anniversary, House Abraham Accords Caucus Co-Chairs Ann Wagner (MO-02), Cathy McMorris Rodgers (WA-05), Brad Schneider (IL-10), and David Trone (MD-06) released the following statement.\n\n\u201cFour years ago, the Abraham Accords were signed, forging a path towards strengthened and sustained peace in the Middle East. The importance of this historic agreement cannot be overstated as Israel continues its fight for self-determination against Iran and its proxies, including Hamas. The resilience of the Abraham Accords \u2013 and the foundation of respect, human dignity, and freedom they are built on \u2013 should give us all great hope that our brightest days are still to come.
