Mimi Walters: FY18 NDAA Strengthens Our Military & Cares for Our Troops \nWashington, DC \u2013 Representative Mimi Walters (R-California) released the following statement after the Fiscal Year 2018 National Defense Authorization Act (FY18 NDAA) was signed into law. \u00a0\nSaid Rep.
