The legislation includes provisions that will help New York\u2019s 23rd district with flood prevention, navigation improvements, combat invasive species and enact environmental restoration.\n\u201cSupporting jobs, cutting red tape, and streamlining water projects are all areas of common ground our communities can agree on,\u201d Congressman Reed said. \u201cFrom Dunkirk and Barcelona Harbors to Chautauqua Lake, Lake Erie, and Cattaraugus Creek, we have significant waterways our local economy depends on.
