Certified community health centers and navigators will assist qualified applicants.\n\u201cIt is essential that we take advantage of the opportunity to be in touch with our constituents about the ACA, to explain and help implement the law so the American people can finally have affordable, quality and accessible health care,\u201d said Rep.
