Paul Ryan and Sen. Patty Murray.\u00a0 Rep. Todd Young released the following statement about his vote in support of the bill:\n\n\t\u201cI\u2019ve always said we should replace the across-the-board and indiscriminate sequester with targeted, thoughtful spending cuts,\u201d said Young.\u00a0 \u201cBecause it achieves deficit reduction, reforms auto-pilot spending programs, and doesn\u2019t rely on tax increases, this Bipartisan Budget Act meets that criteria.\u00a0 This deal leaves much left to be accomplished, but it\u2019s a good first step.\u201d\u2014Rep.
