Chuck Grassley of Iowa has advocated.\u00a0 Grassley has previously used information that was produced from jointly reconciled data by the two organizations that was the precursor to this report.\u00a0 Grassley made the following comment on this development. \u201cProviding better coordinated care and reducing costs for high-cost beneficiaries is critical for the future of Medicare and Medicaid.\u00a0\u00a0 All of us need to understand the needs and the costs of covering the dually eligible and other high-cost beneficiaries before we can find rational ways to control costs and preserve needed services.\u00a0 I appreciate the work of these two expert commissions to inform the debate.\u201d The joint analysis is available here.", 1, "2026-03-30T12:14:52Z", "2026-03-30T12:14:52Z"]], "columns": ["url", "title", "date", "year", "month", "party", "chamber", "state", "member_name", "bioguide_id", "domain", "scraper", "source", "date_source", "text", "has_text", "collected_at", "updated_at"], "primary_keys": ["url"], "primary_key_values": ["https://web.archive.org/web/20140221043847/http://www.grassley.senate.gov/news/Article.cfm?customel_dataPageID_1502=47816"], "units": {}, "query_ms": 1.2777140364050865, "source": "dwillis/congress-press", "source_url": "https://github.com/dwillis/congress-press", "license": "MIT", "license_url": "https://github.com/dwillis/congress-press/blob/main/LICENSE"}
