Between the holidays and the onset of the winter weather, consumers are ready to buy \u2013 and studies show they\u2019re ready to buy American.\nIn 1985, President Reagan proclaimed December as \u2018Made in America Month\u2019 \u2013 a time to \u2018recognize and celebrate the excellence of American products.\u2019 This year, we mark \u2018Made in America Month\u2019 with the same goals: to highlight the strength and importance of American business and the American worker through supporting producers right here in our communities.\nI believe every month is \u2018Made in America Month.\u2019 That\u2019s why I\u2019ve joined with Congressman John Carney (D-DE) in introducing the bipartisan \u2018Made in America Act\u2019 \u2013 simple legislation that connects American businesses and American consumers like never before.
