Res. 91, the Honoring the Families of Fallen Soldiers Act, to continue providing survivor benefits and funeral and other expenses for fallen soldiers and their families during the partial government shutdown. The House also passed H.J. Res. 90, the Flight Safety Act, to maintain necessary funding for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
