But even more than the numbers is the fact that our families and small businesses are suffering under increased premiums, fewer health care options, and canceled plans. In North Carolina alone, 160,000 plans have been cancelled, forcing hard-working families to find new plans that they don\u2019t want and can\u2019t afford.
