Ed Whitfield (KY-01), today released the following statement regarding Veterans Day, November 11.\n\u201cOn this Veterans Day, I offer my deepest appreciation to the 23.2 million military Veterans currently living in our great country for all they have done to protect our freedom.\u00a0 I also gratefully reflect on those Veterans who are no longer living, or who have made the ultimate sacrifice in the field of battle, who have protected our people for over two centuries.\u00a0\n\u201cIn the First Congressional District, we are privileged to have a special relationship with the numerous Veterans who were stationed at Ft.
