The benefits of an active and healthy life are clear: reduced risk of cancer, longer life expectancy, and overall increased happiness. Arizona women, head outside for that walk, hike, swim, or run now!\u201d\n\u201cForget vanity. Our bodies are the way in which we are able to interface with the world,\u201d said Hyman. \u201cThe health of our bodies impacts the way we do everything from taking care of our families, communicating with our friends, and volunteering in our communities to our job performance and even our happiness.
