This re-invigoration of well-paying jobs and skilled work was touted by several people last week, including the owner of Minooka-based Metalstamp Inc., Lee Hutchinson.  \u201cRight now we\u2019re seeing an upturn,\u201d Hutchinson said. \u201cWe\u2019re seeing a resurgence of orders from the automotive industry. That has really been the bump.\u201d  Metalstamp held an open house last week in its new 50,000-square-foot facility at 6800 E. Minooka Road, where it moved its operations and offices on June 1.  U.S. Rep. Adam Kinzinger, R-Channahon, toured the new facility along with state Sen. Sue Rezin, R-Morris, and village officials, including Mayor Pat Brennan.  Kinzinger, who sits on the House subcommittee on Commerce, Manufacturing and Trade, said it\u2019s important to support manufacturers and their energy needs.  \u201cWe\u2019ve seen the past couple years a resurgence, a renaissance, of American manufacturing,\u201d Kinzinger said. \u201cThe greatest thing we have in this country is cheap access to energy ... It\u2019s important that we continue access to that cheap energy.\u201d  Kinzinger also said Washington, D.C., has been at a standstill on bills regarding the manufacturing sector.
