Earlier this week, he voted for two bills to ensure that the science behind proposed rules and guidance from the EPA is made available for independent review and require greater transparency in the selection process of the EPA\u2019s Science Advisory Board.\n\u201cValley farmers have seen the EPA\u2019s overreach, whether it\u2019s trying to regulate ponds and ditches or standing in the way of ag and manufacturing job creation,\u201d said Rep. Denham. \u201cThe politicized EPA has been responsible for far too many delays and breaches of the public trust. The bills I\u2019ve voted for this week are common-sense solutions that force the EPA to provide clear and transparent information to the American people.\u201d\nThe three bills now being sent to the Senate with Rep.
