It is unacceptable, unreasonable, and unnecessary. The President\u2019s Constitutional duty is to \u2018faithfully\u2019 execute the law, not recklessly abrogate the law.  \u00a0  \u201cThe President has said multiple times that he has no authority to take this action. When asked about executive action earlier, he said: \u2018I am president, I am not king. I can\u2019t do these things just by myself.\u2019  \u00a0  \u201cThe House must now work to keep the government running while shutting down this action of the President. Sadly, the question is now no longer about proper immigration policy and reasoned debate \u2014 it\u2019s about the President abusing his authority. This action is grossly unfair to persons seeking to legally enter our country, and it may also create another wave of persons coming over the border.  \u00a0  \u201cIf this last election was about any one thing, it was about the American people saying we should work together toward constructive solutions.
