First place winner Olivia Busby\u2019s piece, titled \"County Fair\" will be displayed in the main hallway between the Cannon House Office Building and the U.S. Capitol for the upcoming year.\n\n\u201cI\u2019m grateful to each student who participated in this year\u2019s Congressional Art Competition. Their dedication to creativity and art were clear through each entry my office received, and each student should be immensely proud of their work. I would like to extend my most sincere congratulations to first place and fourth place winner, Olivia Busby, on her exceptional winning artwork, and to each student who worked tirelessly to create a piece of art for this competition. I am proud to represent a district teeming with great potential and talent among our youth and look forward to having a little piece of the Fourth District for staff and visitors alike to look upon as they travel to and from the U.S. Capitol.\u201d\n\nEach spring, a nationwide high school art competition is sponsored by members of the U.S. House of Representatives. This highly anticipated contest is an opportunity to recognize and encourage the artistic talent of our nation's youth, including those in the Fourth Congressional District.\n\nWinners were chosen by a panel of three judges from the following categories: design/composition, skill/technique, and overall execution.\n\nThe 2025 winners are:\n\n1st Place: \u201cCounty Fair\u201d by Olivia Busby of Arkansas School for Mathematics, Sciences, and the Arts.\n\n2nd Place: \u201cHysteria\u201d by Nicole Beaty of South Pike County High School\n\n3rd Place: \u201cHoney and Grumps\u201d by Layken Stone of South Pike County High School\n\n4th Place: \u201cLined Bricks\u201d by Olivia Busby of South Pike County High School\n\n5th Place: \u201cDown the Rabbit Hole\u201d by Adeline Robertson of Jessieville High School", 1, "2026-04-04T05:28:40Z", "2026-04-04T05:30:10Z"]], "columns": ["url", "title", "date", "year", "month", "party", "chamber", "state", "member_name", "bioguide_id", "domain", "scraper", "source", "date_source", "text", "has_text", "collected_at", "updated_at"], "primary_keys": ["url"], "primary_key_values": ["https://westerman.house.gov/media-center/press-releases/westerman-announces-winners-2025-congressional-art-competition"], "units": {}, "query_ms": 1.6571518499404192, "source": "dwillis/congress-press", "source_url": "https://github.com/dwillis/congress-press", "license": "MIT", "license_url": "https://github.com/dwillis/congress-press/blob/main/LICENSE"}
