{"database": "press", "table": "releases", "rows": [["https://womack.house.gov/blog/?postid=363090", "Thank You", "2013-11-28", "2013", "2013-11", "Republican", "House", "AR", "Steve Womack", "W000809", "womack.house.gov", null, null, "legacy", "Dear Friends, We live in a times of uncertainty \u2013 times of economic uncertainty, wars, civil unrest, acts of nature, and acts of man.\u00a0 But even in spite of all of this, we Americans have so much for which to be thankful. \u00a0The Thanksgiving holiday is a time to remember these blessings. \u00a0\u00a0\r\nIn America, we are blessed with freedoms that make self-governance and democracy possible, and we have an opportunity to create a better life for ourselves and our children. \u00a0But these freedoms are not free, and throughout our history, our nation has been called to defend our right to life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness.\u00a0 We are fortunate to have men and women who willingly, courageously, and selflessly serve to protect them.\r\nArkansans are especially blessed.\u00a0 Not only do we enjoy America\u2019s freedoms, but we live in a state whose beauty, hospitality, and rich history of entrepreneurialism are second-to-none.\u00a0\r\nI could not be more grateful to serve as the voice for Arkansas\u2019s Third District in the U.S. House of Representatives.\u00a0 I take this responsibility and my constituents\u2019 trust very seriously.\u00a0 As we craft laws and work towards passing real reforms \u2013 including restoring fiscal discipline, easing the regulatory burden, and reforming our tax code and mandatory programs\u2013 to get America back on track, I always have the best interest of Arkansans in mind.\r\nIn addition to passing laws that make life a little easier for those in the Natural State, my staff and I work every day to help you navigate the bureaucratic maze and cut through red tape, so you can get answers from federal agencies. \u00a0This year, I\u2019m proud to report assisting nearly 750 of you.\u00a0\r\nToday on Thanksgiving, as I pause to consider the fortunes bestowed upon us, I count you as mine.\u00a0 Thank you for your trust and the continued opportunity to serve you.\u00a0\r\nHappy Thanksgiving, and God bless.Congressman Steve Womack\r\nArkansas Third District", 1, "2026-03-30T12:14:52Z", "2026-03-30T12:14:52Z"]], "columns": ["url", "title", "date", "year", "month", "party", "chamber", "state", "member_name", "bioguide_id", "domain", "scraper", "source", "date_source", "text", "has_text", "collected_at", "updated_at"], "primary_keys": ["url"], "primary_key_values": ["https://womack.house.gov/blog/?postid=363090"], "units": {}, "query_ms": 2.033485099673271, "source": "dwillis/congress-press", "source_url": "https://github.com/dwillis/congress-press", "license": "MIT", "license_url": "https://github.com/dwillis/congress-press/blob/main/LICENSE"}
