Nearly all Senate Republicans voted against the measure, greenlighting the war in Iran to continue.\n\nBaldwin\u2019s floor speech comes just days after three more American servicemembers were killed by Iranian attacks in the region and the Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth came before the Senate Appropriations Committee to ask for nearly $70 billion more to continue the war in Iran.
