Jim Banks (R-Ind.): \u201cWhen we get back in September, we\u2019ve got to be serious about this bill; we have to pass it. When I come back home to Indiana, when I go to the grocery store, when I go to church, even my own family, they are mad about it. Why aren\u2019t you guys doing anything? It\u2019s so simple, as you said, it\u2019s an 80/20 issue in this country, not just with republicans, to pass the SAVE America Act.\u201d\n\n\u201cA couple of weeks ago there was a story in New Jersey, that the new Democrat Governor, Mickie Sherill, a colleague of mine when I was in the house, she appeared before the media, which is really unbelievable that she, the democrats would admit this, but 6600 non-citizens were accidentally added to the voter rolls in New Jersey and hundreds of them voted in the 2023, and 2024 elections. I thought the media said that this never happens!\u201d\n\nKey Excerpts on the Citizenship Act of 2026:\n\n\u201cThe ruling that struck down President Trump\u2019s ruling on Birthright citizenship was the worst decision of my lifetime. I think it\u2019s going to go down in history as one of those that were so bad and so wrong. Justice Kavanaugh, even though he was on the wrong side of the decision, wrote in his opinion that if Congress or the president declares that these illegals are invaders, that\u2019s a specific word from the 14th Amendment: invaders into our country. Their babies aren\u2019t eligible for birthright citizenship\u2026My bill does what the President\u2019s new executive order seeks to do: declare an invasion through the act of Congress, and these babies aren\u2019t eligible for citizenship per the 14thAmendment. We need to codify what President Trump has done through executive orders.\u201d\n\nKey Excerpts on the Dalilah Law:\n\n\u201cIndiana is the crossroads of America; we have the 3rd or 4th most freight-traveled state because of where we are in Indiana, the heartland of America. We have semis going in every direction on our highways, and we keep having these cases: illegals who came into our country under Biden would go to states like California, New York, Pennsylvania was one of the worst as well, went to fake CDL schools and received licenses without even being able to read English. It\u2019s unbelievable someone would be allowed behind the wheel of a semitruck who cannot even read our traffic signs; they don\u2019t know the customs of the roads, and we have lost way too many Americans to these illegals.\u201d\n\n\u201cThe Delilah Law says that you have to take the CDL test in English; that\u2019s the only way to take it and take away these CDL licenses from those who ate here illegally or on a temporary status and not allow them to drive semi-trucks to begin with. And finally, crack down on some of these states like Pennsylvania, New York and California that are handing out these CDL licenses like candy and take away their highway funding and force them to feel the heat and the pressure of the deaths and catastrophe that they have allowed to happen in states like Indiana.\u201d\n\nKey Excerpts on the Neville Singham Investigation:\n\n\u201cNeville Singham is a Chinese tech billionaire; he\u2019s an American, but he sold his tech business to the Chinese Communist Party, made billions and then fled to Beijing. Guess who Neville Singham is married to? The co-founder of Code Pink. He has taken millions of dollars and set up shell companies not just to Code Pink but to groups that support left wing violence in the United States of America. Finally, the FBI has taken notice and announced a few weeks ago that they are investigating him.
