Further, the measure denounces the use of sexual violence as a weapon of war, opposes the rise in antisemitic protests and supports an outcome to the conflict that ensures the future survival of Israel and denies Hamas\u2019 ability to reconstitute any leadership role in the Middle East.\n\n\u201cThe October 7th attack on Israel was a barbaric act that underscored Hamas\u2019s commitment to terror and the destruction of the Jewish State,\u201d Boozman said. \u201cAs we remember the victims and their loved ones, America stands firmly with our greatest friend in the Middle East and supports Israel\u2019s unequivocal right to defend itself and protect its people.
