Their motivation and passion have been evident as they worked tirelessly with my staff to provide constituents with the services and help they need. From the state to the nation\u2019s capital, they have truly made the most of this opportunity and proved Arkansas has a bright future thanks to their interest in public service,\u201d Boozman said.\n\nKendall Webb, Blake Bradshaw, Rebecca Brown, Trey Nichols, Sam Woodhouse, John Reagan Hiland, Jackson Renfro and Colin Keady completed a five-week internship in Senator Boozman\u2019s Washington office. Constituent relations were their primary duty. Additionally, they assisted the legislative and communications teams with various aspects of their work. Each intern was also afforded the opportunity to shadow the senator giving them rare insight into the inner workings of the U.S. Senate.\n\nJake Strawn and Kyleigh Threlkeld served as interns in Boozman\u2019s state offices.\n\nKendall Webb is a Central Arkansas native. In 2020, she graduated from Lakeside High School in Hot Springs. She is a rising senior at Mercer University, where she is studying history and journalism. After graduation, Webb plans to pursue a graduate degree to advance her interest in public service.\n\nBlake Bradshaw graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a degree in political science. He is currently a student at Mississippi College School of Law, focusing on tax and corporate law. Bradshaw is originally from White Hall and graduated from White Hall High School in 2016.\n\nBecca Brown is a rising senior at the University of Arkansas where she is pursuing a degree in political science and legal studies. Brown worked on projects involving homeland security and foreign policy during her internship and hopes to work on Capitol Hill after graduation.\n\nTrey Nichols is from Cabot. He graduated from Arkansas School for Mathematics, Sciences, and the Arts in 2020. He currently studies political science at Ouachita Baptist University. Nichols plans to attend law school after graduation and return to Capitol Hill.\n\nSam Woodhouse is a native of Bentonville who attends the University of North Carolina. He is expected to graduate in 2024 with degrees in political science and peace, war and defense. Woodhouse is interested in pursuing a career in the intelligence community.\n\nJohn Reagan Hiland graduated from Greenbrier High School in 2020. He is a rising senior year at Arkansas Tech University where he is majoring in emergency management with a minor in history. After graduation, he plans to further his education with a post-secondary degree.\n\nJackson Renfro is a Fayetteville High School graduate who now attends Davidson College in North Carolina. He is a rising senior studying classics. Renfro is passionate about giving back to his home state. He intends to return to Capitol Hill to support Arkansans by working for a member of the congressional delegation.\n\nColin Keady is a River Valley native. He is originally from Alma, Arkansas and graduated in 2023 from the University of Arkansas with degrees in political science and agricultural leadership. He is continuing his education at the UofA to pursue a Master of Business Administration. This is Keady\u2019s second summer serving Arkansans in Boozman\u2019s office.\n\nJake Strawn is a North Little Rock native. He is a rising senior at Arkansas State University in Jonesboro. He is expected to graduate with a degree in political science and English in spring 2024 and will pursue a masters in political science.\n\nKyleigh Threlkeld is from Paragould. She is a senior at the University of Arkansas, where she majors in agribusiness with a concentration in marketing and management.
