Throughout his career, he has served our great state with distinction. Since 2016, Justice Lewis has served as a circuit judge for Alabama\u2019s 19th Judicial Circuit, a judge on Alabama\u2019s Court of Civil Appeals, and, currently, as an Associate Justice of the Alabama Supreme Court. Before his time on the bench, he gained valuable experience as both a prosecutor and a defense attorney. Justice Lewis\u2019s extensive judicial experience, deep understanding of the law, and lifelong dedication to serving the people of our state make him an outstanding choice for the federal bench.
