This change is a blatant attempt to change the debate about the\r\nDemocrats' health care plan as the consequences of this disastrous law are felt\r\naround the country, but it has ramifications far beyond the debate surrounding\r\nObamacare.\r\n\r\n\r\nRather than advance legislation\r\nand nominate judges that are capable of receiving bipartisan support in the\r\nUnited States Senate, the President and the Democrat majority want their\r\nlegislation, their way\u2014and they want to change the Senate rules to pack the\r\ncourts with judges who agree with them.
