As a member of the CJS Appropriations Subcommittee, I will continue to work with our local partners to make sure our communities have the resources they need to remain safe and secure.\u201d\n\n\u201cThe Town of Poca would like to thank Senator Shelley Moore Capito\u2019s Office in helping the town in receiving the Department of Justice Grant. The Town will be using funds to help upgrade its equipment and acquire training to prepare the town\u2019s Police Department for an active shooter / terror activity at our schools and community and keep it safe.
