I\u2019m grateful to the Democrats who joined Republicans in voting to do just that. In addition to reopening our government, I am glad we were able to pass three full year Appropriations bills, and I look forward to passing more and completing our work,\u201d Senator Capito said.\n\n# # #", 1, "2026-03-30T01:40:41Z", "2026-04-06T19:52:45Z"]], "columns": ["url", "title", "date", "year", "month", "party", "chamber", "state", "member_name", "bioguide_id", "domain", "scraper", "source", "date_source", "text", "has_text", "collected_at", "updated_at"], "primary_keys": ["url"], "primary_key_values": ["https://www.capito.senate.gov/news/press-releases/capito-votes-to-reopen-government-pass-three-appropriations-bills"], "units": {}, "query_ms": 1.472407951951027, "source": "dwillis/congress-press", "source_url": "https://github.com/dwillis/congress-press", "license": "MIT", "license_url": "https://github.com/dwillis/congress-press/blob/main/LICENSE"}
