B.P.J., upholding West Virginia law protecting girls\u2019 sports.\n\nHIGHLIGHTS:\n\nON THE DECISION IN THE CASE: \u201cWell, I think this is common sense. It's fair, it's safe. It reinforces Title IX. It reinforces the West Virginia law, and I congratulate our Attorney General for bringing this case. I think that it will only lead to a finality, really, of a lot of questions across the country. And this is great for women's sports\u2026this keeps them safe.
