There, she delivered remarks at the ribbon cutting for the facility\u2019s grand opening, which begins a new chapter with major investment and opportunity for Marion County and the state of West Virginia.\n\n\u201cIt was great to be back at Kibar Americas and celebrate the grand opening of their new manufacturing facility here in Fairmont. This investment represents a new chapter of opportunity here in Marion County,\u201d Senator Capito said. \u201cI\u2019m proud to see companies like Kibar Americas investing in our state and bringing innovative solutions to the aluminum manufacturing industry.
