Casey. \u201cBoth of these newly confirmed judges are outstanding lawyers with extensive experience and excellent records. Mark Kearney has had a highly successful career as a trial attorney and as a managing shareholder of his law firm. Jerry Pappert\u2019s legal career as a federal litigator and as a former Attorney General of Pennsylvania has made him an excellent choice for the federal bench.
