(Click here to download image.)\r\nWASHINGTON, D.C. \u2013 U.S. Senator Thad Cochran (R-Miss.) today expressed his appreciation for Janice Mitchell of Madison, a constituent service representative who will retire Friday after assisting Mississippians for 38 years.Mitchell, the only African American woman to have worked for two Mississippi Senators, joined the staff of the late U.S. Senator John C.
