U.S. Senator Susan Collins met with a group of 12 students from Damariscotta Montessori School who were visiting Washington, D.C., as part of a class trip.\n\nIt is always a pleasure to welcome Maine students to our nation's capital, said Senator Collins. I am glad that these bright students from Damariscotta Montessori School had the chance to take advantage of the countless educational opportunities in D.C. I encourage Maine students to believe in themselves and never give up.
