The Fair Sentencing Act will prevent judges from using perceived gender-identity as a factor when determining the length of a sentence.\n\n\u201cCriminals are criminals. Radical left judges shouldn\u2019t be able to use \u2018gender confusion\u2019 as a reason to assign shorter sentences.
