The revenue from the taxes\u2014$15.47 billion\u2014would act as a source of funding for money going to aid Israel\u2019s war against Hamas, Ukraine\u2019s war against Russia, and to efforts to secure the southern border.\n\n\u201cMany of America\u2019s so-called \u2018top\u2019 universities are failing to condemn antisemitism and violence against Jewish students on their campuses. We should levy this tax on these schools\u2019 endowments.
