Notably, DHS missed three separate opportunities to gather DNA from the illegal immigrant who murdered Rachel Morin, a Maryland mother of five.\n\n\u201cIt is beyond heartbreaking to know that my daughter\u2019s brutal death could have been prevented. This isn\u2019t just a bureaucratic oversight; it\u2019s a deadly failure that turned a protective measure into a hollow promise,\u201d said Patty Morin, mother of Rachel Morin. \u201cPresident Biden and Vice President Harris\u2019 reckless disregard for border security puts every American family in imminent danger.
