{"database": "press", "table": "releases", "rows": [["https://www.crapo.senate.gov/media/newsreleases/release_full.cfm?id=362979", "Crapo To Help Amalgamated Sugar Celebrate 100th Sugarbeet Campaign", "2016-11-03", "2016", "2016-11", "Republican", "House", "ID", "Michael Crapo", "C000880", "www.crapo.senate.gov", null, null, "legacy", "November 03, 2016\n\t\t\t Crapo To Help Amalgamated Sugar Celebrate 100th Sugarbeet Campaign \n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t \n\t\n\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n        \n\t\t\t\t Presents Congressional Record Statement at Twin Falls Factory \n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tTwin Falls - The nation's second-largest producer of sugar from sugar beets is celebrating its' 100\r\nth sugarbeet campaign in the Magic Valley this year.\u00a0 On Friday Idaho Senator Mike Crapo will present Amalgamated Sugar a copy of a Congressional Record Statement that he and Senator Jim Risch introduced into the Senate Record honoring Amalgamated Sugar's achievements over the past 100 years of sugar production in Idaho.\r\nThe ceremony is planned at the Twin Falls Amalgamated facility at 10:00AM.\u00a0 Crapo will meet with Amalgamated President and CEO John McCreedy, Amalgamated's factory and research employees, local sugarbeet growers and area civic, business and political leaders.\u00a0 Amalgamated has plants in Twin Falls, Nampa and Paul and offices in Boise. In its early days, Amalgamaged began filling just under one million 100-pound bags of sugar.\u00a0 Today, that number tops 21-million 100-pound bags.
