The rule would impose costly and burdensome Obama-era regulations on coal-fired electric power plants, like Colstrip, forcing them to close, jeopardizing grid reliability and raising electricity costs for Montana families.\n\n\u201cJoe Biden has been on an anti-energy warpath since day one of his Administration.
