Daines cited numerous complaints from constituents across the state who have yet to receive their ballots as well as ballots that sat in postal facilities hundreds of miles away from their destination for several days.\n\n\u201cThe right to vote is a cornerstone of American democracy and every eligible Montanan and\n\nAmerican must have access to the polls.
