I will continue working to ensure that Montana's national security priorities are met and that our facilities at Malmstrom have the resources needed to keep our country safe.\r\nThis funding marks the second of three major milestones before Malmstrom begins replacing its Minuteman III missiles which are nearing 50 years in service.\r\nFunding for this GBSD project will be used to complete design and development work before entering full rate production.\r\nDaines has been a strong supporter of the GBSD program in the National Defense Authorization Act over the years.
