I'm glad to see the Trumpadministration act on my request to send more resources to our state to ensure Montanans areproperly represented for the next decade.\r\nIn total, Montana will see the addition of more than 250 enumerators working to count Montanans to ensure that Montana is properly represented in the 2020 census.\r\n\r\nLast week, Daines sent a letter urging the administration to direct additional census resources to Montana in the final weeks of the field data collection operation to ensure all Montanans are represented.\r\nTo read the response from the administration click, HERE.\r\nMuch of Montana remains historically undercounted. Ensuring an accurate census count is critical to potentially gaining additional Congressional representation and securing additional federal resources for Montana communities.\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\n\t  \n\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t \n\t\t\n\t\t\tPrint\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tEmail\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\tTweet\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t \n\t\n\t\n\n\t\n\t\n\t\n  \n\t\n    \n    \n    \n    \n    \n    \t\n    \t\n\t    \t  \n\t\t    \n\t\t    \n\t\t    \tNext Article", 1, "2026-03-30T12:14:52Z", "2026-03-30T12:14:52Z"]], "columns": ["url", "title", "date", "year", "month", "party", "chamber", "state", "member_name", "bioguide_id", "domain", "scraper", "source", "date_source", "text", "has_text", "collected_at", "updated_at"], "primary_keys": ["url"], "primary_key_values": ["https://www.daines.senate.gov/news/press-releases/daines-successfully-secures-additional-resources-for-montana-census"], "units": {}, "query_ms": 0.9945938363671303, "source": "dwillis/congress-press", "source_url": "https://github.com/dwillis/congress-press", "license": "MIT", "license_url": "https://github.com/dwillis/congress-press/blob/main/LICENSE"}
