I\u2019m pleased to join Senator Donnelly in this effort.\u201d\r\nThe Boozman-Donnelly legislation would authorize the National Desert Storm Memorial Association to establish the National Desert Storm and Desert Shield Memorial on federal lands within the District of Columbia. No federal funds would be spent to build this memorial, as all funds would be raised privately by the National Desert Storm War Memorial Association.\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t Press Contact \n\t\t\t\t\tDONNELLY: Donnelly_Press@Donnelly.Senate.Gov\r\nBOOZMAN: Sara_Lasure@Boozman.Senate.Gov", 1, "2026-03-30T12:14:52Z", "2026-03-30T12:14:52Z"]], "columns": ["url", "title", "date", "year", "month", "party", "chamber", "state", "member_name", "bioguide_id", "domain", "scraper", "source", "date_source", "text", "has_text", "collected_at", "updated_at"], "primary_keys": ["url"], "primary_key_values": ["https://www.donnelly.senate.gov/newsroom/press/boozman-donnelly-bill-to-authorize-national-desert-storm-and-desert-shield-memorial-passes-committee"], "units": {}, "query_ms": 1.9760560244321823, "source": "dwillis/congress-press", "source_url": "https://github.com/dwillis/congress-press", "license": "MIT", "license_url": "https://github.com/dwillis/congress-press/blob/main/LICENSE"}
