U.S. Senator Joe Donnelly gave a speech on the Senate floor yesterday evening to recognize the service and sacrifice of Indiana servicemembers during the Vietnam War. This year marks the 40th anniversary of the end of the war. More than 1,200 Hoosier soldiers gave their lives in service to our country.
