Susan Couk, a Lafayette resident, needed assistance in replacing medals for her brother\u2019s service in the Air Force. Susan wanted to have the medals replaced so her brother, Otis Walter Stair, who served in Thailand during the Vietnam War as an air traffic controller, could have the medals he earned during his service.\r\nSusan contacted Donnelly\u2019s office to secure her brother\u2019s lost medals. Donnelly\u2019s office reached out to the National Personnel Records Center to obtain a replacement set of all of Otis\u2019 military medals.
